who want to...
It’s a space to explore the emotions underneath your financial habits, like guilt, shame, anxiety, avoidance, or even envy, and begin to rewrite those stories.
This is therapy (covered by benefits, if your plan includes counseling), not financial planning.
While I don’t create budgets or investment strategies in session, I can connect you to my other resources or to financial planners if you’d like practical support alongside the emotional work.
What is financial therapy?
Book a session – Choose a time that works for you.
Use your benefits – Sessions can be covered under extended health plans (check with your provider).
Meet online or in person – If you're in Calgary, we can meet IRL or online. Otherwise, all sessions are held virtually and are completely confidential.
Start where you are – Whether you’re overwhelmed by debt, struggling with financial conflict in your relationship, or just feeling stuck, we’ll begin with your story and move at your pace.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for everything you post. Your content is my favourite. Even when the topic isn't 100% something I need, I learn something new.

It's so refreshing to see someone post financial information with complete humility, without a massive ego, without constant money grabs, and just genuinely wanting to help. Thank you!
